1 2 3 Read And Repeat- Read and Repeat.

It's Sunday so of course church was top of the list. Lunch with my priest and friend Lee Poteet.  Had to get cat food since Leo was fed salmone last night and this morning.  I love my cat, however, not at $2+ a meal, so I shopped before coming to school for some reading and study.  I walked the stairs during study break time and that kept my rate up as did leg bouncing.  With the temps looking like they will be in the high 60's-low 70's the next few days I am just feeling the need to do some day walking in real warmth.  Hopefully this will come to fruition.  Sorry so brief.  B-fast was the same as usual, lunch was a "traditional" breakfast, and dinner in my study cubie was salmone, carrots, an apple, cheddar cheese, and a piece of chocolate the same as last night.  I'll probably eat some celery when I get home for a stomach filler.  Library is closing.  I might write more when I get home and then again I might now.  Until tomorrow I bid you peace.  Hans
