Cold wet rainy.with ice freezing on light poles. A great day to enjoy on the 7th day of Christmas inside with my daughter at Panera. Ren is a delight to talk with and charming and I am so very proud of her. We enjoyed walking outside briefly and talking..
Like my Uncle and Godfather Andy Sarojak says, "Always keep your eye on the prize." Tomorrow the gym at TCC opens back from the Holiday closure and I can train indoors without premature death uninitiated from the outdoors lol. Okay, so the mid-day meal of Panera didn't exactly fit into the best diet plan, however, beginning the day with almond milk mixed with 30 grams of soy protein and a veggie blend of greens, carrots, beets, etc; and then dinner of lean protein and veggies ballances it all out.
Today is a good day to begin what will never happen tomorrow. Hans
