Moving Forward.

Calisthenics after a breakfast of 30 gram protein drink and a nutribullet of beet, celery, kale, and carrot. Yummy. I have been doing this breakfast since Mom gave me the bullet and I tried to encourage her to eat like I was. Mid-lunch was sausages carrots and an apple. Kinda high on the glycemic and fat, but also high on flavor. Lunch was "only the best" foil pouch salmone, carrots and a banana. Dinner was a subway sandwich walked thru the garden hold the lettuce, pickles, and cukes, extra spinach, with red wine vinegar. Yum. My Indians in America class left me wanting to be in the Red River valley of N.M. northeast of Los Alamos. Beautiful region. Home to blog and now it's bed time. Sorry I am so boring today. I'll write some adventure from my life tomorrow. Maybe it'll be about my slamming into the floor of the B-25 in Jackson Mississippi, or being in the air flying around and over Starksville, MS. with a P-47, P-51, and a German Donner.  Maybe it will be my conversation with one of Mississippi's first African-American private pilots; or the guy who was 14 and a tail gunner of a Marine B-25 in the South Pacific ocean.
Rest well dear souls. Hans
